About Meet Your Coach
I do not believe in cookie-cutter routines. When you train with me at Throne Fit in GM Palya, I focus on tactile form correction, meaning I will physically adjust your spine, hip, or shoulder alignment during heavy lifts to ensure you are safe while you grow stronger.
My Training Philosophy
Fitness is not just about moving heavy weights; it is about building a better life through discipline. I am internationally certified (NASM, ACE, ACSM), but my real experience comes from my own journey from being chubby to winning a Mr. World medal in Men's Physique. I know the struggle, and I know how to overcome it.
