Real strength isn't just about heavy weights; it’s about moving pain-free. Whether we’re in my Rehab Lab or out at Lodhi Garden, my focus is always on technique, recovery, and building a body that lasts.

Technique first, always. Here in my private studio, the Rehab Lab, I perform a hands-on assessment and release for the rectus femoris muscle. This is crucial for addressing knee and hip issues by ensuring proper muscle activation and alignment.

Building raw strength with proper form. Executing a 100kg deadlift set in the studio. This foundational lift is key for developing posterior chain power and a strong, stable core.

It's all about the hips. Here I am guiding a client through a deep hip mobility sequence during an outdoor session. Unlocking the hips is essential for preventing injury and improving performance in any activity, especially running.

Training alongside the best. A throwback to a running session with the legendary MS Dhoni. It's a privilege to share my knowledge of fitness and movement with top-tier athletes.

Recovery is a critical part of training. This is a look at some of the advanced techniques I use in the Rehab Lab, including cupping and percussion therapy, to release deep muscle tension and speed up recovery.

Movement is medicine. This is how I train my own body, using a combination of calisthenics like headstands and pushups in an outdoor setting. Functional fitness is about being strong and mobile in any environment.

As an expert coach for the Reebok Running Squad, I specialize in long-distance running and functional training. My goal is to build stronger, more resilient runners through a holistic approach to fitness.

This is a glimpse into a typical strength session at my studio. I use a variety of tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, and gymnastic rings to build functional strength, focusing on compound movements like lunges, squats, and pull-ups.

Look, anyone can give you a generic gym routine, but I don't. My approach starts with a detailed assessment to see where you’re tight or restricted. Whether we’re using cupping to release a stubborn muscle or drilling the specific mechanics of a squat, every session is about fixing your movement patterns first, not just chasing numbers.
