Perfecting the fundamentals. Here, our gymnasts work on their cartwheels and roundoffs, focusing on straight lines and a strong finish. These are the building blocks for more complex tumbling passes.

Taking flight with an aerial cartwheel. This no-handed skill requires a lot of practice and body control, and we guide our students through each step of the learning process.

Unlocking a new skill like the walkover takes patience and persistence. We work with students to fix errors and build the strength and flexibility needed to master the move.

About Tumbling & Floor Skills

Our tumbling sessions are designed around progressive learning. We do not just throw you into flips; we use AirTracks, crash mats, and hands-on spotting from our NIS-certified coaches to build the right muscle memory for every move. You will notice that we spend just as much time on the 'boring' conditioning work as we do on the big jumps because that is what actually keeps you injury-free while you progress.
