Build strength, coordination, and confidence. Our floor tumbling classes take children from their first forward roll to controlled back handsprings in a safe, fun environment.

A student practices her round-off back salto under the watchful eye of a coach. This combination move requires power, timing, and body awareness, all of which we develop through step-by-step training.

Here we see a student working on a back walkover to back handspring step-out. This drill helps connect two fundamental tumbling skills, building flow and confidence in her floor routine.

A young gymnast practices her back handspring on an inclined mat with a coach spotting her. This setup helps students understand the motion and build the strength needed to perform the skill independently.

This young athlete performs a back flick, also known as a back handspring, on the air track. This equipment provides extra bounce, making it easier to practice and perfect advanced tumbling skills.

A coach demonstrates how to spot a wall flip, an advanced parkour-style move. We ensure every new skill is taught with a focus on safety and proper spotting techniques.

With a little help from a coach, this young boy learns the mechanics of a front salto. Using soft mats ensures a safe landing as he builds the confidence to perform the flip on his own.

A young gymnast uses a mini trampoline to get the height needed for a front somersault, landing safely on a crash mat. This is a great way to introduce flips in a controlled environment.

This student executes a clean front walkover into a back bridge kick-over. This sequence demonstrates excellent flexibility and control, key components of artistic gymnastics floor work.

A young girl practices her front walkover on the mat. This is a fundamental skill that builds core strength, flexibility, and the body awareness needed for more complex tumbling passes.

Mastering the back walkover is a major milestone. This gymnast shows great form and control as she moves through the skill, demonstrating a strong foundation in tumbling.

About Tumbling & Floor Skills

We focus on the foundation before we ever attempt a flip. Before a child lands a back handspring, they need to master basics like the forward roll, cartwheel, and bridge. Our coaches spend the session right on the mat, using spotting techniques to ensure they feel safe while pushing their boundaries. It is not just about doing the move; it is about learning how to control the body and land properly, which we call 'soft aagi land aagbeku' (land softly).
