Welcome to our home base. We have built a space where kids and adults can safely learn to flip, leap, and soar with specialized equipment and a supportive team to guide every move. 🤸♂️
Here's a little about us. We are a full-fledged gymnastics center with certified trainers, focused on holistic growth and providing a space for unlimited practice.

About this collection
It is not just about the equipment; it is about having a space that feels safe and comfortable. We have set up our gym with high-quality foam pits, balance beams, and specialized flooring to ensure that every landing, whether it is a success or a wobbly try, is safe. Parents often tell us the best part is being able to watch their kids gain confidence from our comfortable waiting area while they enjoy a bit of downtime with Wi-Fi.
A Space Designed for Real Progress
Our gym at Kudlu Gate is built for gymnasts of all levels. We use FIG-certified equipment because we know that proper form and safety go hand in hand. Whether you are joining our standard weekend batches or the intensive 4-day skill builder, you are training on surfaces meant to support your development and prevent injuries.
Safety and Comfort
We know that parents want peace of mind, which is why we have installed CCTV monitoring and keep the gym clean and organized. Our facility is not a sterile training hall, but a place where we cheer for effort, not just perfection. Falls happen, and that is completely normal here—our mats are always ready to catch you.

We have recently expanded our footprint, adding more matting and dedicated zones for different skill levels, from toddlers starting with basic rolls to teens working on complex vaulting. Tots N Teens
We are Team TNT, a group of ex-national gymnasts turned coaches based here in Bengaluru. We started this gym because we believe everyone—from tiny tots to adventurous adults—deserves a space to learn how to flip, leap, and soar in a supportive, judgment-free zone. 🤸♀️
