About Beach Bootcamps & Outdoor Training
The sand makes every drill ten times harder than doing it on a gym floor. When you join our Sunday sessions at Aksa or Gorai, you are not just running; you are using the ocean's resistance to build stability and core power that standard gym equipment cannot replicate. It is raw, it is challenging, and it is the best way to break a fitness plateau.
There is a reason we take our bootcamps to the sand. At the gym, your feet have a stable surface. At Aksa and Gorai beach, the terrain shifts with every step, forcing your stabilizing muscles to work harder and your balance to improve. This is the core of our outdoor training philosophy.
The Workout
Our beach sessions are built around high-intensity interval training. We focus on:
- Sand Resistance: Running and performing drills on soft sand increases the energy required for every movement.
- Ocean Resistance: We use water-based conditioning to challenge your endurance.
- Military-style Conditioning: Expect drills like tug-of-war, partner carry exercises, and functional bodyweight movements.
These sessions are included as part of our All-Access Warrior Pass (₹3500–₹4500 per month). This pass covers unlimited entry to all weekday indoor batches and gives you direct access to the Sunday morning outdoor bootcamps. It is designed for those who want to push their limits and train with serious intensity.

These Sunday sessions are held at Aksa Beach or Gorai Beach. We keep the groups organized and focused, led directly by me.
