About Beyond the Gym: Outdoor & Altitude Training
Altitude training is not just a holiday. At our Manali camps, the air is thinner, which forces your lungs to work harder, and the uneven mountain terrain makes every step of your morning run a lesson in balance. When you come back to the flatland in Delhi, that extra lung capacity gives you a massive edge in the ring.
Training outside the four walls of an academy is where you find out what you are actually made of. While our Munirka gym in Delhi is where we build the foundation, our outdoor camps are where we sharpen it.
Why Train Outside?
Boxing is not just about technique, it is about endurance and conditioning. In the city, it is easy to get comfortable. When we head to Manali for high-altitude training, we remove the comfort. The lower oxygen levels at higher altitudes force the body to produce more red blood cells, which improves oxygen delivery to your muscles. It is simple science: you train harder in the mountains, you fight longer in the ring.
Our Locations
We pick spots that challenge you:
- Manali: This is our base for high-altitude endurance. Think steep ascents, rocky trails, and cold-weather conditioning. It builds mental toughness and physical stability that indoor machines simply cannot replicate.
- Vizag: We hit the beaches here. Running on soft sand is a brutal test for your calves and stabilizer muscles. It removes the bounce you get from gym mats, forcing you to generate power from the ground up.
Whether you are looking to boost your boxing stamina or just want to escape the city grind for a week of intense fitness, these camps are designed to push you to the limit. It is all about functional movement, raw strength, and building the kind of conditioning that does not quit in the final round.
