Build strength that lasts. I combine functional movements, resistance training, and mobility work to help you get stronger for the life you actually lead—no ego, just progress.

Baby got back! A strong back is the foundation of a strong body. This video shows a few of my favorite exercises like close-grip and wide-grip rows to target all the major back muscles for a powerful pull day.

There's nothing like experimenting with movement with a workout buddy. Here's a look at a strength session where we mixed mobility work with heavy lifts like deadlifts. This is what functional fitness is all about.

Playing with battle ropes at the gym. This is a fantastic full-body conditioning tool that builds power and endurance. I love incorporating dynamic movements like this to keep workouts fun and challenging.

This is the LIFT section from a WARRIOR Rhythm class, where we use weights. This challenging combo of a bear row and a Turkish get-up is so much fun and can be modified for any fitness level.

Pausing for a moment in the gym. Strength training is a journey of progression and consistency. It’s about showing up for yourself and celebrating the small wins along the way.

Feeling strong and energized after a great workout. My goal is to help you fall in love with the process of getting stronger, both physically and mentally.

About WARRIOR Strength: Build Real Strength

I don't believe in lifting heavy just to look good. My sessions focus on functional movements—think deadlifts, rows, and presses—mixed with mobility work to make sure you're strong in the gym and pain-free in your daily life. We’ll use a mix of kettlebells, bands, and dumbbells to build a foundation that actually lasts, regardless of your starting point.
