We don't do boring, repetitive cycles here. In our functional sessions, you will be flipping tyres, swinging sledgehammers, and working with battle ropes. It is challenging, but we rotate the exercises daily so you are never stuck doing the same thing twice.

If you have been doing the same circuit on a treadmill for months with no real progress, it is time for a change. Functional training is about teaching your body to handle real-world challenges.
