Client Victories: From 5k to IRONMAN
Witnessing these wins is exactly why I coach. Whether you are chasing your first 5k finish or training for an IRONMAN, the journey starts with one step. Here is what my athletes have achieved.
The moment of triumph. Gaurav proudly displaying his finisher medal after conquering the IRONMAN 70.3 in France. A testament to his hard work and our dedicated coaching partnership.

About Client Victories: From 5k to IRONMAN
Training for an endurance race requires a system that goes beyond just logging miles. When we work together, I look at your gait, your hydration strategy, and your specific biomechanics to ensure you stay injury-free. Whether you are at The Outfit for strength sessions or we are doing form analysis online, my goal is to make sure your training is sustainable and effective for race day.
The Endurance Philosophy
Building a resilient athlete is not just about raw effort. It is about understanding the balance between stress and recovery. My approach integrates strength and conditioning with sport-specific skills. If you are training for a triathlon, we do not just run or cycle. We look at your heart rate zones, power output in watts, and your transition efficiency to ensure you have the stamina to cross that finish line.
My Training Method
- Strength & Mobility: I focus on deadlifts, presses, and core stability to build a strong foundation. This prevents injuries like shin splints and keeps you durable.
- Data-Driven Progress: For my triathlon clients, we dive deep into the numbers. We track your pace data and nutrition management to refine your strategy for race day.
- Technique First: I provide hands-on guidance for running mechanics and cycling safety. If you are training online, we use video form analysis to make the same corrections I would make in person.
Who I Work With
I work with busy professionals, parents, and anyone ready to commit to their goals. From training Gaurav to finish the IRONMAN 70.3 in France, to guiding Chaitu through his first 5k, the focus remains the same. We start where you are and we build the capacity to get you where you want to go. Whether you need an in-person coach in Bengaluru or digital programming for your home setup, I am here to help you get the work done.
