My journey started with a challenge. As a child, I had a heart condition, but I learned to push through. I cycled across India, not just to break a record, but to discover that the biggest limits are the ones we set for ourselves. This is what I bring to my coaching: the belief that you can achieve more than you think.

I committed to riding every single day for 30 days, and the physical and mental results were incredible. This is the kind of progress that is possible when you build consistency. I create plans that help you show up, even on busy days, to achieve your own insane results.
