Stop guessing your splits and start training with a system. Whether you’re prepping for your first 70.3 or aiming for a podium, we build the training, fueling, and recovery strategy that actually fits your life.

A day in the life of a triathlete. This montage shows the constant cycle of swimming, biking, running, and strength training. I help athletes balance all three disciplines to become well-rounded and strong competitors.

Indoor cycling is a powerful tool for focused training. Here, I'm getting a session done on the smart trainer, which allows for precise, structured workouts regardless of weather or traffic. It's a key part of my triathlon preparation.

Posing with my bike in a beautiful, green landscape. Cycling isn't just about training, it's about exploring. My coaching helps you build the fitness to enjoy long, adventurous rides with confidence.

Pre-swim activation is a non-negotiable. Using resistance bands by the water helps warm up the shoulders and back muscles, preventing injury and improving power in my stroke. This is a routine I teach all my swimming and triathlon athletes.

Why do athletes cramp? It's often more than just dehydration. I explain how a lack of high-intensity training or insufficient strength work can be the real culprit. My coaching addresses these gaps to make you a more resilient athlete.

My bike, "Shade," adorned with medals from years of racing. A bicycle becomes an extension of the athlete. I provide guidance on everything from bike fit to maintenance to ensure you and your machine work in perfect harmony.

Another view of my trusty race bike and the medals we've won together. Each one represents a story of hard work and dedication. I help my athletes write their own success stories.

About this collection

I don’t just hand you a generic spreadsheet and hope for the best. We start by auditing your movement—whether it’s your swim stroke or bike cadence—because that is where the real efficiency gains happen. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start training with intent, we will build a progression that respects your actual schedule and current fitness level.

Most endurance plans fail because they focus on volume instead of capacity. You aren't just logging hours; you are building a machine. My coaching approach centers on biomechanics and strength as the foundation for your performance.

We break it down into three non-negotiable pillars:

  • Strength as a Foundation: If you aren't doing the Big 5 lifts—squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull—your endurance gains will plateau. We build explosive, real-world power to support your distance.
  • Technical Precision: Generic training doesn't account for your biomechanics. Whether it's correcting your open-water swim technique or optimizing your cadence on the bike, we focus on technical efficiency to keep you injury-free.
  • Real-World Recovery: Forget magic gadgets. True recovery is about sleep, fueling, and smart mobility. We teach you to listen to your body, not just your smart watch.

This isn't about training for the sake of it. It’s about being faster, stronger, and smarter on race day. If you are serious about doing the asli kaam (real work), whether you’re targeting a sprint triathlon or a full 70.3, we will build the plan that gets you to the finish line.
