MMA Strength and Conditioning Training in Noida

About Strength & Conditioning
People think lifting heavy is the only way to get strong, but that is just gym strength. In my sessions at Vajra MMA, we focus on functional chains—like using resistance bands for punching speed and specific neck strengthening exercises for grappling safety. If you can't breathe in the third round, your bench press doesn't matter. We prioritize endurance and stability so you don't gas out when it counts.
Train Like a Fighter
Most commercial gyms will have you doing endless reps just to look good in a mirror. That’s not what we do here. My strength and conditioning philosophy is simple: your technique is only as good as your stamina. If you are exhausted, you cannot execute a proper sprawl or maintain your posture in a clinch.
How We Build Your Engine
We train in a raw, non-AC facility in Sector 72, Noida, because reality isn't climate-controlled.
- Functional Movement: We use animal movements and ladder drills to improve agility and coordination. You need to move fluidly, not just lift heavy objects.
- Neck & Core Stability: In grappling, a weak neck is a liability. We incorporate specific strengthening routines to keep you safe during takedowns and ground transitions.
- Resistance & Speed: We use resistance bands for striking drills. This builds explosive power, helping you snap your punches instead of just pushing them.
Why Consistency Matters
It is easy to show up when you feel good. The real test is showing up when your legs are sore and you’re tired. That is when the fighter's mindset kicks in. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, the training intensity is adjusted to push your limits.
We track progress through real-world sparring, not just weight plates. If you are ready to work, I am ready to teach. Samajh me aaya?
Kapil Gupta
I started with zero background, just a dream to fight. I built Vajra MMA because I wanted a place where you train like an actual fighter, not a gym-goer. If you’re ready to put in the work and handle the sweat, I’m ready to show you how to build a fighter’s engine.
