Boxing & Wrestling Fundamentals
We build a solid foundation with classic boxing for sharp hands and wrestling for functional strength. No fluff, just real skills to make you strong and capable.

About this collection
We do not use fancy machines here. You start with basic stance, proper footwork, and steady bag work. You will learn how to breathe while you throw a punch and how to engage your entire body for a takedown. It is a process to build this foundation, but it gives you real-world strength you cannot get from regular gym weights.
Boxing and wrestling are the building blocks of any good fighter. My approach focuses on mechanics before power. In our boxing sessions, we strip everything down to the basics. You will spend time on your stance and movement because if your feet are not right, your hands will not be effective. We use the wall-mounted uppercut bags to help you understand range and angles, not just how to hit hard.
The wrestling portion is where you develop raw, functional power. We do not just grapple; we drill movements that translate to everyday strength. You will work on takedown mechanics and mat control, often using simple, old-school equipment like tractor tires and heavy mats. It is taxing work, but it changes how you move.
Everything happens in our non-AC, open-air training floor in Vidyaranyapura. It gets hot and you will sweat, but that is part of the environment I have built to harden your resolve. This is not a place for those who want to hide in a corner; it is for those who want to learn how to fight, defend, and push their limits. Whether you are looking to step into the ring for competition or just want to get in the best shape of your life, you are welcome here as long as you respect the work.
