If you are looking to compete, you need to know that my gym is not for the faint-hearted. We focus on active pad work and real-time sparring, not just fitness routines. I personally oversee every fighter's training, from technical corrections to weight-cutting nutrition. If you are serious about stepping into a ring, this is where you start.

Whether it is the Bengaluru University Inter-college Boxing Championship or the National Kickboxing Championship, our fighters show up ready. I do not believe in short-cuts. Being a champion requires a specific kind of conditioning that only comes from old-school methods: tractor tires, heavy bag drills, and high-intensity sparring.

The Path to Competition

My competition coaching is not just about punching harder. It is about building a tactical mind. We work on:

  • Technical Sparring: This is where we test your reflexes. I supervise every session to ensure you are developing timing, not just throwing aimless strikes.
  • Weight-Cutting & Nutrition: Fighters need fuel, not fads. I monitor diet adherence based on real-world weight-cutting principles used by professional athletes.
  • Functional Strength: We use industrial pull-up bars, sledgehammers, and wrestling drills to build power that translates into the ring.
