Yoga & Core Strength Classes
We don't just stretch, we build. From intense core-conditioning flows to strength-focused yoga, my sessions are designed to toughen you up from the inside out.

This is a dedicated ab and core strength session. The group is performing leg raises and crunches, essential exercises for building a strong midsection.
Our members working on glute bridges, a fantastic exercise for strengthening the posterior chain. This move is a staple in our core-focused classes.
A synchronized group effort during a core workout. Everyone is performing variations of crunches, building abdominal strength and endurance together.
This clip shows a variety of abdominal exercises in one of our core conditioning classes. We focus on proper form to maximize results and prevent injury.
More action from our core strength class, with members performing different leg lift variations to target the lower abs.
A dynamic flow during a group yoga class, moving from Downward Dog to Upward Dog. This sequence builds upper body strength and improves spinal flexibility.
A warm-up sequence in a yoga class, with members performing standing stretches to prepare their bodies for the practice ahead.
Members practicing kneeling stretches and twists to improve spinal mobility and release tension in the back and shoulders.
A cool-down period in our yoga class, featuring seated forward bends to stretch the hamstrings and calm the nervous system.
About Yoga & Core Strength
It is not just about hitting a pose. My classes focus on deep core engagement and controlled breathing using resistance bands and bodyweight flows. You will be in a room where every movement is intentional. Whether it is post-workout recovery or building foundational strength, we work to make every session count. This is where you find stability, not just flexibility.
Yoga here is not just about touching your toes. At Hype, we use yoga as a tool for core conditioning and functional stability. Whether we are holding Trikonasana to fire up the obliques or moving through a fast-paced Surya Namaskar sequence, the goal is the same: building a foundation that supports your heavy lifting and your daily life.
We keep the vibe real. You will not find us in a dark, quiet room. You will find us in our South City 1 studio, mirrors fogged up, using resistance bands to make sure your core is rock solid. My sessions balance the intensity of circuit training with the deep, controlled focus required for proper yoga practice.
- Why Core Matters: A strong core is about posture, back health, and explosive power. It is the center of your strength.
- What You Will Do: Expect dynamic flows, intense ab-conditioning circuits, and active recovery movements that help prevent injury.
- The Vibe: It is a community-led session. You will be in a room with people pushing just as hard as you, making those challenging holds a lot easier to manage.
If you are tired of generic stretching that leaves you bored, come test your limits with us. We are right here in South City 1, and we are ready to get to work.
