About this collection
Unlike pre-recorded videos, my sessions are live and interactive. I use gallery view on Zoom to watch your form in real-time, offering specific verbal corrections by name so you get the same alignment support as an in-person class, right from your living room.
A Live Practice, Even Online
I believe the magic of yoga happens when we practice together, with energy flowing through the room. My online classes are not passive streaming sessions. Whether you are joining my Hatha, Ashtanga, or Prenatal batches, I am present, observing your alignment, and guiding you through each pose. I keep class sizes controlled so I can provide real-time feedback, ensuring you stay safe and build strength correctly.
Why Our Community Works
Yoga can feel solitary at home, but our virtual shala changes that. We celebrate progress, respect our limits, and laugh through the tough poses. My students range from beginners just learning their breath to practitioners refining advanced inversions.
- Real-Time Feedback: I use Zoom to watch your practice, calling out adjustments so you know exactly where to shift your weight or soften your shoulders.
- Prop Support: You do not need fancy equipment. I teach you how to use household items like chairs, walls, and blocks to modify postures safely.
- Beyond the Mat: We have a private community group for Q&A, sharing milestones, and staying motivated between sessions.
Styles & Levels
- Hatha & Vinyasa: We blend static holds with movement to build endurance and flexibility.
- Ashtanga Basics: An analytical approach to the series, focusing on mechanics and breath.
- Prenatal Yoga: Specialized, safe sequences designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy.
Every session ends with a Savasana, giving you space to pause and reset before returning to your day. If you ever have to miss a class, you get access to session recordings for 24 to 48 hours to stay on track.
