Welcome to your personal healing journey. I offer one on one sessions using sound healing, energy work, and guided hypnosis to help you find balance and renewal. If you are navigating anxiety, stress, or grief, I am here to support you in processing these feelings and moving toward a happier, healthier you.
We are vibrational beings, and our bodies, being mostly water, resonate deeply with sound. In my sound healing sessions, I use instruments like chimes and Himalayan bowls to help your body find its natural balance and harmony. The vibrations work to clear energetic blockages and bring you into a state of deep rest.

For those seeking release, our 9D breathwork and neuro-breathwork sessions use silent disco technology to help you rewire subconscious patterns.

We run Traditional Chinese Medicine workshops, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping, which are effective for managing stress, insomnia, and chronic pain.
