About Breathwork for Transformation

These sessions are not about perfect form or endurance. Whether you are joining a Conscious Connected Breathwork group or an immersive 9D session, expect to spend time lying on a mat, wearing headphones, and moving through guided breathing patterns that act like a reset button for your nervous system. We keep the groups intimate to ensure you have the space to move, cry, or release whatever you need to, without feeling crowded.

Our Approach to Breathwork

We see the breath as a bridge between your body and your subconscious mind. In our Bandra studio, we host several modalities designed to help you bypass the 'thinking' brain and tap into your body's natural intelligence.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

This is our foundational practice. It involves a continuous, circular breathing method with no pauses. By maintaining this flow, you can release stored physical and emotional tension. It is often described as a journey from the head to the heart, helping you clear mental blocks and find the 'bindu' or center you might have lost in the daily grind.

Immersive 9D & NeuroBreathwork

For those who prefer a guided, multisensory experience, these sessions use silent disco headsets to deliver layered soundscapes, binaural beats, and subliminal hypnotic suggestions. We combine this with somatic bodywork, where our facilitators might use deep fascia massage to help you physically discharge the trauma or stress that your body has been holding onto.

What to Expect

  • Safe Space: Our studio in Bandra is a temperature-controlled, private environment. We provide all the mats, bolsters, and eye pillows you need.
  • Intimate Sizing: We cap our breathwork sessions at 12 to 20 people. This is essential for us because we want to ensure you feel supported throughout your process.
  • Integration: We often pair breathwork with ceremonial grade cacao or herbal infusions to help ground you after the session, making the transition back to the 'wild city' outside a little gentler.

Healing is not about quick fixes. It is about showing up consistently, and we are here to support your journey back to yourself.
