We believe in a hands-on approach to guide you safely in your practice. Here, I am providing a gentle adjustment in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) to help a student find better alignment and deepen the posture.
Yoga is for every body, and we use props to make sure of it. This video shows how we incorporate blocks, straps, and yoga wheels to support beginners, improve alignment, and help everyone access the benefits of each asana safely.
Practice is always better together. Our partner yoga sessions, like this supported Navasana (Boat Pose), are a beautiful way to build trust, strength, and connection within our tribe.

Our studio in Andheri West is designed to be a sanctuary where the city noise fades away. Instead, we focus on the discipline of showing up on the mat.
Our teaching style combines Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, modified for your current level. We integrate pranayama and meditation into every session because we know that true practice extends beyond just the physical postures.
