About Workshops & Special Events
We do not just hold classes in the gym. Our workshops are designed for anyone who wants to try something new, whether that is hitting pads for the first time or testing your limits with a strength finisher. These sessions bring our community vibe outside the studio, often collaborating with spots like The Courtyard Community to make fitness feel less like a chore and more like a hangout.
Whether it is our Weekend Kicks event or a pop-up session with groups like Sisters in Sweat, we treat these workshops as an open invite. You do not need to be a pro or even have touched a pair of gloves before. We structure these sessions to give you a full 90-minute experience, starting with dynamic warm-ups to get the blood flowing, followed by technical pad work where you learn the basics of punches and kicks. We round it off with a high-intensity strength and conditioning finisher that leaves you feeling accomplished.
We believe that training should be social. By hosting these at community spaces across Bengaluru, we invite people to step out of their comfort zones without the intimidating vibe of a standard gym. It is all about the energy in the room. You will see people of all fitness levels laughing, messing up together, and eventually nailing the combinations.
