About The Vibe: Our Crew & Community
Our industrial garage setup on Magrath Road isn't fancy, but it’s real. We prioritize sweat over air conditioning and connection over rows of cardio machines. Whether you are here to learn Muay Thai or just looking for a weekend workout that doesn't feel like a chore, you will find a spot in the crew here.
At The Works, we believe fitness should be about more than just hitting a number on a scale. Our community in Ashok Nagar was built for people who want to move, learn, and actually enjoy their weekends. We keep the environment accessible and non-intimidating, meaning you don't need a background in martial arts to walk through our doors.

- Variety of Movement: Beyond our core Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes, we offer Jiu-Jitsu (the 'human chess' of martial arts) and strength and conditioning. This ensures you get a full-body workout that keeps things interesting.

I'm Raghuram, and my partner Meg and I started The Works because we were bored of the usual weekend routines. We wanted to build a space where people come for the kickboxing but stay for the friendships. Whether you’re here for a weekend trek or a Muay Thai drill, you’re part of the crew the moment you walk in.
