We train in an industrial, non-AC garage setup at Magrath Road, not a polished fitness club. This means you get real focus on technique and pad work rather than treadmill lineups. We keep classes capped to ensure you get actual form correction, whether you are here for kickboxing or Jiu-Jitsu.

This collection gives you a direct look at life at The Works. We are not your standard gym. We are a collective of people who prefer heavy bags and mat work to the typical weekend nightlife scene.

Whether you are an absolute beginner who has never thrown a punch or someone looking to sharpen their Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu skills, this is for you. Our sessions are built to be inclusive, high-energy, and challenging, with a focus on real-world application.

What We Focus On

  • Kickboxing & Muay Thai: These classes are our bread and butter. Expect 90-minute sessions that include dynamic warm-ups, technical pad work, and strength finishes to keep your heart rate up.
  • Jiu-Jitsu: Natasha leads our sessions, treating the mat like a chessboard. It is all about leverage, control, and practical self-defense.
  • Capoeira: A unique fusion of martial arts, dance, and music that works the entire body.

We believe that learning a martial art should be fun, not intimidating. Our coaches work with you on an individual level to correct your posture, punching angles, and defense strategies. You will leave the class feeling stronger, more capable, and part of a community that shows up for each other.
