About this collection
You will need to bring your own hand wraps and gloves for these sessions, but everything else is provided. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your striking, the focus here is on technique and rhythm—not just mindless cardio.
At MultiFit, we do not just do reps. Our combat sports program focuses on explosive power, rotational strength, and reaction speed. You will be working within a full-size Octagon cage and on high-density puzzle mats—the kind of pro setup that makes a real difference in your training.
