This is the first thing you see on our page. It’s a snapshot of the energy, the skills, and the community you’ll find here at The Works. We’ve picked these to show you what we’re all about: real training, good vibes, and a crew that feels like family.
Kickboxing & Muay Thai: The Art of Eight Limbs
This is our bread and butter. We offer group classes and personal training in Kickboxing and Muay Thai, focusing on proper technique for punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Our sessions are a high energy, full body workout that includes everything from shadowboxing and heavy bag work to partner drills and pad work.
Jiu-Jitsu: The Ground Game
Led by coach Natasha, our Jiu-Jitsu classes are all about "human chess". We focus on grappling, leverage, and technique to control and submit an opponent, making it an incredibly effective form of self-defense. These sessions are beginner friendly, covering fundamental positions, submissions, and escapes.
Strength & Conditioning
This is where you build the engine. Our S&C workouts are designed to complement your martial arts training and improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance. We use a mix of kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio equipment like the air bike to give you a challenging and effective workout.
The Vibe: Our Crew & Community
We’re more than just a gym, we’re a crew. We built this place for people to connect, and the community is the best part of what we do. We train together, laugh together, and even have pizza parties and go on treks together.
Workshops & Special Events
We love collaborating with other communities and hosting special workshops. These events, like our "Weekend Kicks" or "Sisters in Sweat" sessions, are a great way to dive into kickboxing in a beginner friendly, high energy environment. Keep an eye out for our next one.
Just For Fun: Gym Shenanigans
We take our training seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. There’s always room for good energy and a bit of fun. Here’s a look at the lighter side of The Works, because fitness should be enjoyable.
