Imagine a pizza with a crust that is actually good for you, or a sunflower bread that looks too pretty to eat. I make these fresh in my Gurgaon kitchen using millets, local produce, and my own cult-favourite vegan cheese.

My Millet Sunflower Bread is as delicious as it is beautiful. This gluten-free loaf is stuffed with a savoury spinach and vegan cheese filling, perfect for sharing.

Who says you can't have a stuffed crust pizza that's both vegan and gluten-free? This one features a crust filled with my homemade vegan cheese, topped with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

Another delicious stuffed crust vegan pizza, this time with classic toppings of capsicum and mushrooms. The gluten-free base is soft, and the crust is full of gooey plant-based cheese.

This is my gluten-free, millet-based naan, stuffed with a flavourful tofu mixture and sprinkled with black sesame seeds. It's soft, fluffy, and tastes just like the traditional bread.

My gluten-free pizza with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The base is homemade, and it's topped with my own creamy vegan cheese for a rich, savoury flavour.

The combination of sweet caramelized onions and earthy mushrooms on this vegan pizza is a classic. All on a gluten-free base with my special in-house cheese.

About Artisanal Breads & Pizzas

The real magic is in the cheese. Most vegan pizzas suffer from dry, store-bought substitutes, but I make my own creamy, melt-in-the-mouth vegan sauce from scratch. Whether it is the millet-based sunflower loaf or the stuffed-crust pizza, every batch is kneaded fresh in my kitchen the moment you order, ensuring you get that warm, comforting texture without any refined flour or dairy.

When I started The Vedic Kitchen, the goal was not just to make vegan food. It was to recreate the soul of maakehaathkakhana—that distinct warmth and familiarity—without the dairy overload.

The Bread Craft

From millet-based naan stuffed with tofu to my signature sunflower bread with spinach, I have moved away from refined flour entirely. These are not just gluten-free alternatives, they are nutrient-dense experiences. I use traditional grains like sorghum and amaranth to ensure every bite is packed with goodness.

The Pizza Secret

Let us talk about the cheese. I have spent months perfecting an in-house cheese sauce that replicates the gooey, indulgent texture of traditional dairy. It is the hero of my stuffed-crust pizzas and my take on the Georgian Khachapuri. No frozen bases, no mass-produced sauces—just fresh dough, seasonal toppings like caramelized onions and earthy mushrooms, and a commitment to healthy eating.
