My baking process centers on the 'ghar-jaisa' principle, which means I prioritize ingredients your pantry would likely recognize. I replace maida with nutrient-dense options like ragi, jowar, oats, and whole wheat (aata), while using pure butter or ghee for that signature richness. You won't find hydrogenated oils or margarine in my kitchen.
