My Teaching Philosophy & Lineage

I believe yoga is a journey of self-discovery, not a performance. My teaching is grounded in the authentic Ashtanga tradition passed down by my Guru, Sharath Jois, but shared in a way that's relatable and honest. It's about showing up, embracing the discomfort, and finding yourself on the mat.
