I’m Riya—a student by day, night-owl baker by obsession. Everything here is made from scratch in my mum’s kitchen, using real ingredients and absolutely zero shortcuts.

Hey, I'm Riya! This video tells you a little about me and one of my favorite baking memories. This bulk order of 100 brownies was for my school teacher's baby shower. It was a real full circle moment to have the people who once graded my homework now ordering from my own small business.

This is my heart-shaped Biscoff cheesecake, one of my absolute obsessions. It features a creamy, dreamy cheesecake filling on a crunchy biscuit base, loaded with Biscoff spread. I also make them in mini sizes which are perfect for gifting or just treating yourself.

I never stop at the basics, and my Black Forest cupcakes are proof. Watch me build these treats layer by layer with moist chocolate sponge, a tangy cherry filling, rich ganache, and my special light cream. A German client once told me they tasted like home, which was the best compliment ever.

My non-alcoholic tiramisu is a bestseller for a reason. After tasting it, my sister and I knew we had to share it with everyone. We sent out free samples with other orders and the response was so amazing I had to launch a separate sale just for this dessert.

This is what happiness looks like. A perfectly baked cookie with a warm, gooey, and melty dark chocolate center. It’s the ultimate comfort treat, and I even share the recipe sometimes because good things are meant to be shared.

I believe in using only the best ingredients, which means no shortcuts and no fake stuff. For my mango cakes, I only use fresh, seasonal mangoes. My fruit vendor, Ashish dada, handpicks the best ones for me, which is the secret to why these cakes taste so good.

People often ask why I bake so late at night. As a full-time student, it's the only time I get to myself in my mum's kitchen. Honestly, there's a special kind of peace in baking when the rest of the world is asleep. It's my therapy.

My creative take on a festive classic, the Cheesecake Modak. This was my special prashad to Bappa during Ganesh Chaturthi. It’s a modern fusion dessert that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the traditional modak shape, finished with a touch of gold leaf.

I don't believe in keeping ready-made stock on shelves. Because I bake in small batches, every brownie, cheesecake, or cupcake you order is prepared specifically for you. It might require a bit of planning for your event, but getting that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste is honestly non-negotiable for me.

My baking journey started at 14 because I had a massive sweet tooth and my mom was tired of me ordering cakes. Since then, I’ve turned my home kitchen into a lab for everything from dense, fudgy couverture brownies to my signature heart-shaped Biscoff cheesecake.

My Baking Philosophy

I run this as a one-woman show, and I promise:

  • No Milawat (No Adulteration): I use real ingredients. If it’s mango season, I hand-select the fruits with my supplier, Ashish dada. No fake flavors, no shortcuts.
  • Small Batches Only: Everything is baked to order. This means I can control the texture of my cookies—crisp edges, gooey centers—and ensure my Tiramisu is layered perfectly with premium Mascarpone and imported Savoiardi biscuits.
  • Night Owl Craft: I do most of my baking late at night. It’s my therapy, and it gives me the quiet space to get those tricky bakes, like macarons or Black Forest cupcakes, just right.
