I’m a student by day and a baker by night, turning 3 a.m. cravings into fresh, preservative-free treats. This is my kitchen story, my process, and the love that goes into every box.

I'm a student through the day and a baker by the night. It's a difficult balance, but juggling my studies and my passion is completely worth it.

A reminder to myself and to everyone that it's a privilege to be able to chase your passion. I'm so grateful for the freedom to do what I love and fill my soul with creativity.

A little story time from when I first started baking. I once used the wrong oil in my brownies and they smelled awful. Now I can tell what went wrong just by looking, and it makes me realize how far I've come.

When you love what you do, day or night doesn't really matter. Baking through the night is my favorite thing to do.

People ask why I'm always baking late at night. For me, baking brings a kind of peace that even sleep can't. It's my quiet time to create.

Baking is my therapy. It's there for me in my moments of sadness and in my moments of joy. This is what I mean when I say I bake from the heart.

About Behind the Bakes: My Story

When I started at 14, my mom told me if I wanted expensive equipment, I had to earn it. That lesson stuck. Everything you see here is a result of that hustle. I don’t use preservatives or industrial premixes, which is why you might notice my bakes have a homemade, rustic finish—because they are literally made in my mom’s kitchen, one small batch at a time.
