I run a small home kitchen where I make everything from scratch. No premixes or shortcuts here—just honest ingredients and seasonal flavors, baked only after you place your order.

My seasonal Mango Cheesecake is a true celebration of summer. I use fresh Alphonso mangoes to create this eggless, melt-in-your-mouth dessert, topped with a beautiful rose design made from hand-sliced mangoes.

This is a close-up of my traditional Christmas plum cake. You can see how it's loaded with premium nuts like pecans and cashews, and a variety of fruits that I soak for months in rum for that authentic, rich flavour.

My homemade eggless Baklava, neatly packed and ready for you. Each piece has layers of flaky phyllo, a filling of almonds and pistachios, and is sweetened with a special syrup of jaggery and honey.

Whether it is the jaggery-honey syrup used in my Baklava or the Van Houten chocolate in my ganache, I rely on proper ingredients and traditional techniques rather than premixes. Because I do not use preservatives, please plan your order a few days ahead so I can prep and bake your treats to perfection.
