Every cake is a celebration, made with the best ingredients. I use only fresh, seasonal fruits with no shortcuts, like in my Mango Cake where I don't measure the mangoes, I just add them from the heart. This section includes my German-client-approved Black Forest cupcakes and zesty Mandarin Chocolate cake.
Authentic Italian Tiramisu
This non-alcoholic Tiramisu is one of my bestsellers and will transport you straight to Italy. I use authentic Savoiardi biscuits I brought back from my trip, soaked in coffee and layered with a rich, delicious mascarpone cream. It's a must-try for any coffee lover.
