Our Signature Bakes: Handcrafted Eggless Desserts in Mumbai

It's happening. We're finally going live on Zomato with our half-kilo cakes. This video shows a lineup of some of our bestsellers, including the Tiramisu Charlotte, Hazelnut Praline, and Pistachio Strawberry cakes.
Here's how I put together a Pinterest-worthy, matcha-inspired dessert setup for a birthday. The spread included a vintage-piped matcha cake, matcha-covered strawberries, and an assortment of cupcakes.
For the matcha-themed dessert table, I made these center-filled cupcakes. The tray includes a mix of matcha-frosted cupcakes and red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, all beautifully decorated.
These eggless bombolonis are gobble-worthy every single time. I make these Italian donuts in a variety of sweet and savory flavors, like pesto cream cheese, matcha, and mixed berry.
I'm so happy I got over my paranoia of baking bread. These Korean Cream Cheese Buns were our first-ever savory bread item, and they were a huge hit. It's a reminder to always trust the process.
My honey pistachio and rose & orange almond tea cakes are perfect for an evening snack. This pistachio loaf cake is drizzled with a pistachio glaze and garnished with nuts and rose petals.

About Our Signature Bakes
You will notice I skip the fondant completely in my signature bakes. Instead, I focus on flavor balance using Belgian chocolate ganache or buttercream. These treats are designed to be enjoyed immediately, so I suggest ordering them for your celebration or evening tea within 24 hours of delivery to get the best possible texture.
When I put together my 'Signature Bakes' collection, I am thinking about the treats that keep me coming back to the oven. These are the recipes I have refined over the last decade, and they have become the staples my kitchen is known for.
Why No Fondant?
I have a strong dislike for fondant. It gives me anxiety, and I honestly think it takes away from the actual taste of the cake. My signature style relies on high-quality Belgian chocolate ganache or smooth buttercream. You get pure flavor without the sugary, rubbery texture that fondant often adds.
Quality Over Everything
Everything leaving my studio is 100% eggless. Whether it is my Tiramisu, the fudgy brownies, or the various tea cakes, I only use real ingredients. If you order a fruit-based treat, you are getting real fruit reductions and fresh produce, not artificial essences or bottled flavors.
