Kickboxing & Striking

Build knockout power and sharpen your technique in our kickboxing program. We focus on heavy bag work, pad drills, and developing explosive strength for effective striking, welcoming everyone from first-timers to seasoned fighters.

Strength & Conditioning

Your training includes full access to our gym facilities to build foundational strength. We incorporate everything from free weights and powerlifting to functional exercises like sledgehammer swings and tire flips.
