I started The Fit Monk after getting tired of boring, tasteless diet food and hopping on random fitness trends. Khaana without taste? No way. I wanted meals that actually taste good and help you stay on track. Since 2021, we’ve been making healthy food you’ll actually want to eat, with no junk. We just moved to a bigger kitchen in Lokhandwala so we can feed more folks who want to eat well but don’t want the hassle.
