Why We Started
I had to rethink everything about food after a health scare in 2019. My husband and I struggled to find meals that were actually clean, fresh, and didn’t taste boring. That’s how Lean Meal Co began - we wanted to make healthy food that feels like a treat, not a punishment.
What Makes Our Food Different
Healthy doesn’t mean bland. Our menu is full of variety - signature meal bowls, creative salads, hearty sandwiches, pastas, and unique dips. We’re always experimenting, so you’ll find vibrant Asian Bowls, grilled Chicken Shish Taouk, and our Superfood Salad. Even Mumbai’s favourite junk food gets a makeover here - our Vada Pao is cooked in an appe pan, so it’s light but still hits the spot. Main har jagah hoon! (I am everywhere!) - we try to bring healthy twists to all kinds of dishes.

My Story
Hi, I’m Mohak. 2019 hit me hard with a health scare, and suddenly, clean eating wasn’t a choice. Mumbai had nothing tasty or truly healthy, so I started messing around in the kitchen. My husband was on his own fitness kick. We made food that felt good, not like punishment. Lean Meal Co. happened because we wanted to share that - real food, no fake promises, no boring bites.
