This is a full tray of my granola mixture before it's cut into bars. It's a wholesome blend of rolled oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, ready to be baked.

You will notice my ragi brownies stay fudgy despite being healthy, and that is because I use real Van Houten couverture chocolate. When it comes to the granola bars, the real trick is in the binder. I can use jaggery, honey, or even mashed black dates if you want a no-sugar option, so you get exactly the balance of fibre and energy you need.
I believe that choosing a healthier snack should not mean sacrificing the texture or the flavour. My ragi brownies are a perfect example of this. By replacing refined flour with nutrient-rich ragi and using couverture chocolate, I achieve a dense, moist result that honestly surprises people.
For my granola and energy bars, I move away from store-bought options that are often hidden with sugar syrups. My base uses rolled oats, a mix of seeds like pumpkin and flax, and premium nuts. The binding is where I offer the most flexibility. If you are watching your sugar intake, just let me know and I will use mashed black dates to bind the bars instead of jaggery or honey.
Everything is handmade in my FSSAI-registered kitchen in Andheri. Since I do not use preservatives, I bake these batches only after you place your order. Whether you need a quick energy boost for your workday or a healthier dessert option for your family, I can tweak the sweetness and nut profile to suit your dietary needs.
Since these are made without artificial preservatives, I recommend storing your brownies in an airtight container for up to 5 days. The granola bars are individually packed in zip-lock bags to maintain their crispness and make them easy to throw into your bag for travel. If you have specific dietary restrictions, like avoiding almonds or needing extra fibre, just ask. That is the advantage of a home kitchen; you are not getting a mass-produced product, you are getting a treat made just for you.
