I make creamy, no-bake cheesecakes, mostly at night when the city is quiet and my kitchen is all mine. From my popular Biscoff cakes to single-serve mini cheesecakes, everything is fresh and made with heart.

My cheesecakes are not sitting on a shelf waiting for an order. Since I bake at night to balance my student life, I only start assembly 12 to 24 hours before your delivery. This keeps the biscuit base crunchy and the filling perfectly set, instead of that soggy texture you sometimes get elsewhere.
