Yoga Studio Sessions in Noida
Whether you need a group environment to stay motivated or private, hands-on guidance for injury recovery, my studio in Sector 104 is a space built for steady progress and proper alignment.
A glimpse into one of my Yin Yoga classes. These sessions focus on holding poses for longer periods to target the deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and a meditative state of mind.
My role as a teacher is to provide support and ensure your safety. Here, I am assisting a student with the initial tuck position for a headstand, helping her engage the core and find her balance.
I provide hands-on guidance to help students feel the correct alignment in their own bodies. This personal attention is key to building confidence and progressing safely in your yoga journey.
About In the Studio: Group & Personal Sessions
My studio classes are not about following a fast-paced, generic workout. I intentionally limit group batches to 8-12 students so I can provide hands-on adjustments, ensuring you understand the mechanics of each pose rather than just mimicking the movement. Whether you are using blocks to support a back stretch or learning to engage your core for a headstand, I am physically present to guide your posture so you practice safely.
Many students come to me after trying gym-style yoga, often feeling pain instead of relief. Seekh kar karo (learn first, then you will benefit) is the foundation of my practice here in Sector 104. Yoga is a system of union, which means we work on your mind and body together, not just your muscles.
In my group sessions, we move through Hatha, Yin, and alignment-focused flows. We use props like cork blocks, cotton straps, and bolsters to support your body's specific boundaries. This approach is essential if you deal with chronic issues like cervical spondylitis, lower back pain, or joint stiffness. We don't rush through the poses. Instead, we use your time on the mat to build strength and improve your range of motion through correct alignment.
For those who need undivided attention, I offer 1-on-1 sessions. These are specifically for students with acute injury history or those who need a custom recovery protocol, such as for a slip disc or frozen shoulder. In these private sessions, we do a micro-analysis of your posture to see where your daily habits are causing misalignment. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to be consistent and willing to learn the right technique.
