What you see here is our daily reality on the turf. We don't believe in passive learning; our coaches provide immediate, verbal feedback on your stance and footwork while you hit the pads. Whether it is your first day or your fiftieth, come prepared to sweat, as every session is designed to sharpen your technique and build real muscle memory.
At Ace Boxing, we run our training with a 'no-nonsense' approach. We operate in Ghansoli and Panvel, utilizing outdoor turf and concrete spaces for our 5-day-a-week evening batches. The training is structured into ninety-minute slots, ensuring a complete workout that covers conditioning, technique, and impact.
Our program breaks down as follows:
- Conditioning: We start with high-intensity cardio, agility ladder drills, and core work. You need to be fit to fight, and we ensure you have the stamina to last the rounds.
- Technique: This is where we focus on the fundamentals. We refine your stance, footwork, and shadow boxing mechanics until they become second nature.
- Impact: We use heavy bags and focused pad work to develop your power and speed. When you hear me shout 'Niche maar' or 'Shabash', it is about fixing your precision in real-time.
Training here is not just about physical exertion. Mental toughness is part of our routine. After the hard work, we often sit down to talk about strategy, competition pressure, and focus. Whether you are six years old looking to build confidence or an athlete training for a state-level championship, you will find your place here. Note that while we provide academy gear like punching bags and cones, you will need to procure your own hand wraps and boxing gloves after your first week.
