As the elders say, height doesn't matter, the fight inside you does. We start with building that inner strength, focusing on ground control and grappling techniques that make you formidable no matter your size.

This is what we train for. One of my fighters holding the AIMMAF title belt after a hard-earned victory in Siliguri. I don't just train you; I am in your corner on fight night, guiding you to the win.

While you are stretching in your bed, we are breaking down muscles in the gym. This is a glimpse of our group sparring session where fighters test their limits, exchange blows, and learn under real pressure.

Strength has no gender. Here I am with one of my toughest female fighters, celebrating her power and dedication inside the cage. We train women to be warriors, ready for competition or self-defense.

We build toughness from the ground up, and that includes conditioning your shins for powerful kicks. Here you see a fighter practicing shin conditioning drills using a tire, a method that builds resilience and power.

Mindset is everything. If you don't believe in yourself, why would the world believe in you? Here, I am working on pad drills, but the real training is upgrading the fighter's mindset to be powerful and positive.

You must have the passion, the 'junoon', to succeed. This is a takedown drill in a grappling session where I teach my students to commit 100 percent. Without that fire, your training is useless.

A fight ends, but respect is forever. Here are two fighters showing sportsmanship inside the cage after a tough bout. This is the true spirit of a martial artist that I instill in all my students.
