We do not train for gym selfies. We train for the ring, the cage, and the podium. This is what raw, tournament-ready conditioning looks like at King Panther.

This is what we train for. A decisive TKO victory in the Fight Council League cage. My female fighters are trained to dominate and win, proving that skill and power have no gender.

No pain, no gain. Here, one of my female fighters builds raw strength with tire deadlifts. We use old-school 'desi' methods to build functional power that translates directly to the ring.

I teach them to fight, but in the ring, they fight alone. Here are two of my young female warriors in a Wushu championship match at the Delhi Olympics Games, showing the heart and technique we build from a young age.

This is our gym. The dirt, the tires, the open air. We build fighters from the ground up with hardcore conditioning that forges real-world strength and endurance for combat sports.

The moment of victory. A hard-earned win for my fighter in the Super Fight League after a tough MMA bout. This is the result of countless hours of dedicated training and sparring.

Results speak louder than words. My students on the podium at the Khelo India Women's Wushu League, a national-level platform. We don't just participate; we aim for the top spot.

The real battle is won in training. A student sharpens his boxing combinations on the pads, focusing on speed and power. Every punch is a step closer to victory.

My philosophy is simple: a life in sports is a life of purpose. It's about more than a 9-to-5 job; it's about pushing your limits to bring pride to yourself, your family, and your country.

What you see here is the blueprint for our success in the ring. When you step into King Panther, you are not signing up for a standard fitness class. You are entering a space where we use old-school methods like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and open-air conditioning to build functional power. My students do not just exercise; they drill fight IQ, execute takedowns on EVA mats, and sharpen striking combinations on pads. Whether you are aiming for a Khelo India medal or just need to master self-defense, the work is the same: consistent, hard, and real.
