We operate out of a non-AC, dedicated basement fight club where the focus is entirely on combat skills and conditioning. You will not find fancy gym mirrors or rows of treadmill machines here. Instead, expect 25mm foam mats, heavy bags, and pad work that tests your limits every single round. If you want a comfortable gym, look elsewhere. If you want to train like a fighter, you belong here.
Our training methodology is simple, it is about building fighters, not just gym-goers. When you join our boxing and MMA sessions, you are stepping into a culture of hard work. We focus on the fundamentals first, teaching you footwork, stance, and how to throw a proper cross or hook before we let you near the heavy bags.
For those needing to level up their fitness, our strength and conditioning batches utilize functional equipment like kettlebells, medicine balls, and agility ladders. We do not use machines that isolate one muscle, we use compound movements like deadlifts and squats to build explosive power that translates directly into the ring.
Women's self-defense and kids' MMA classes are also a core part of our mission. We believe that everyone, regardless of age or background, should have the confidence to protect themselves. You will learn situational awareness, how to escape holds, and how to stay composed under pressure.
