Women's MMA & Self-Defense Training

About Women's Fight Training
This is not a standard gym class where you just go through the motions. Whether you are here for self-defense or to compete, we drill real techniques. You will learn actual MMA, kickboxing, and grappling skills, with full contact sparring once you are ready. Come prepared to sweat and leave the excuses at the door.
My training in Tagore Garden is built on a simple philosophy: discipline and hard work. I do not believe in shortcuts. We train for real-world situations, which means we combine high-intensity striking with wrestling and ground control.
If you are looking for self-defense, we start by building your fundamentals. You will learn stance, defense, and how to control your range. For those with a competitive spirit, we move into fight camp training. This includes one-on-one pad work, sparring sessions, and conditioning circuits designed to build a gas tank that lasts through every round.
My athletes are currently competing in national-level kickboxing and MMA leagues, which is the only proof I care about. When you train with me, you are part of an 'akhada' (training ground). We push each other, we respect the process, and we focus on results. Whether it is improving your cardio or getting ready for your first cage fight, the training is tailored to make you a fighter.
