About Artisanal Ceramic Wares
Clay Stories, Bangalore Vibes
Making ceramics is therapy for me, yaar. Each piece comes straight from my studio in namma Bengaluru, shaped by messy hands and all kinds of feelings. What you take home isn’t just a bowl or mug - it’s a small slice of my journey, ready to hold your own memories too.
Imperfection is the Charm
No two pieces are the same. Sometimes you’ll spot a warped edge or a fingerprint hiding in the glaze, and I don’t cover that up. That’s the real beauty - these things give each piece its own personality. If you’re after perfectly smooth and shiny, this might not be your scene. But if you like a bit of character, you’ll get it here.
What I Make
- Hand-thrown pottery for daily use: chai mugs, bowls, unique plates
- Earthy terracotta wares and stoneware, sometimes glossy, sometimes raw
- Artistic vases and leaf dishes, ashtrays that are actually cool to look at
- Miniature sculptures: tiny animals, quirky little houses for a dash of fun
How It Happens
I use clay that’s local, spin some on the wheel, others I hand-build. Every firing in the kiln is a long, slow process - 18 hours at crazy high heat. I love to experiment, so you’ll see a mix of imperfect glaze ceramics and raw textures. Each piece is made with heart, from start to finish.

My Story
Janbo’s story? Clay, soul, home. Feb 2020, I just dropped everything - job, modelling, socials, even WhatsApp. Me, my room, Pinto (my dog), and silence. No clue what next, just floating. One slow-living vlog with clay hands, and bam, something shifted. Clay walked in, travel sprinkled its magic, people and stories mixed in. That’s how Janbo happened. This studio is my heart, where it all finally made sense.
