About Handmade Ceramic Wares
I see clay as Maati Sona - soil that's as precious as gold. Every piece I make carries a bit of my story, imperfections and all. Started this studio in 2018, wanting to blend modern forms with an Indian vibe, but never losing that earthy, handmade feel.
Why My Ceramics Feel Different
- Every mug, bowl, or vase is shaped by my hands, not machines. No two pieces come out looking exactly the same. That’s the charm - thoda imperfect, thoda perfect (a bit imperfect, a bit perfect).
- I work in small batches. You’re not getting something mass-produced. Each item feels like it has a life of its own.
- I use wheel thrown pottery and also hand build some pieces - depends on the mood and the design.
What You'll Find
- Tableware: Hand-painted ceramic mugs, rustic cups (some even say ‘Chai’ or ‘Coffee’), pasta bowls, plates with nature-inspired art, and teapots that make every tea time feel special.
- Home Decor: Vases and planters with colourful Indian motifs, quirky fridge magnets, and tiny sculptures.
- Festive Specials: I make limited edition collections for festivals - think Christmas candle holders and cute gnomes.
A Bit About How I Work
- I mix techniques - wheel thrown, hand built, carved, and painted. Expect a mix of earthy textures and glossy finishes.
- Most tableware is lead-free, microwave and dishwasher safe.
- I’m always up for custom hand built ceramics. Got an idea? Let’s make it happen together.
My pieces are for folks who love small batch functional ceramics with a story.
