- Dance: Choreography in Cinematic, Contemporary, and Folk styles.
- Acting: Training in 'Navarasas' (facial expressions) and non-verbal communication.
- Public Speaking: Dedicated mic time to remove stage fear and practice self-introduction.
Life Skills & Values
- Etiquette: Role-play on greeting guests, firm handshakes with eye contact, and serving food respectfully.
- Culture: Recitation of Sanskrit Shlokas and traditional habits like touching elders' feet.
- Discipline: Strict no-plastic policy and habits regarding food respect.
Fitness & Wellness
- Conditioning: Warm-ups using step boards and floor exercises.
- Mindfulness: Basic Yoga asanas and meditation with sound bowls.

Essentials
- Materials: Includes usage of studio props like cones, tires, and mats.
- Requirements: Students must bring eco-friendly water bottles (Steel/Copper) and follow healthy eating etiquette.
About Kids' Performing Arts & Life Skills Program
Why I Do This
I want kids to grow up with good character, not just talent. These days, it's easy to forget our roots. So, my classes are my way of mixing Indian cultural activities for kids with real-world life lessons.
What Happens in My Class
- Performing Arts: We dance, act, and do a lot of stage time. Kids try out Navarasas (nine emotions) and get used to speaking in front of others. Even the shy ones start opening up - that's the best part for me.
- Life Skills: Every session starts with simple prayers like Guru Brahma. We practice things like greeting elders and even how to wash our own plates. I tell them to help at home - little things that matter.
- Habits & Culture: Homework isn’t boring here. Water the plants, switch to steel bottles, touch your parents’ feet. These small acts help in building respect and gratitude.
- Yoga & Mindfulness: We do basic asanas and meditation. Sometimes, I use the sound bowl for quiet time - it helps kids calm down and focus.
How I Teach
Classes are hands-on, always a mix of Kannada and English alli (in Kannada and English). I’m strict when needed, but I’m also the loudest cheerleader in the room. The vibe is firm but friendly.
Extra Stuff
