"People who have made a hell out of themselves want to go to heaven." Sadhguru's wish and blessing is that we make a heaven out of ourselves, so that wherever we go, we are fine.

Is canned food good for you? Sadhguru speaks about the importance of eating fresh food that comes from a plant, not a can. The quality of your life is determined by what you take into your system.

If you are planning to attend any of these sessions, please remember to practice on an empty stomach. A light, comfortable body is essential for these Kriyas and Yogasanas to work effectively, so I always recommend waiting 1.5 to 2.5 hours after a full meal before we begin.

The practices I share are designed to move you beyond the limited identity of a 'person' and into a 'presence.' Whether it is through the 21-minute Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya or a guided session on the Miracle of Mind app, the goal is the same: to create an inner environment where stress, anxiety, and fear simply do not take root.

The Science of Wellbeing

In my sessions across Delhi NCR, I focus on the 'how' and 'why' of yoga. We do not approach this as a fitness routine or a way to get flexible. Instead, we use spinal alignment and breath-watch practices to stabilize your nervous system. For instance, in my specialized Spinal Health Workshop, we move beyond basic stretching to focus on the lumbar region and joint lubrication, which is essential for sustained focus and clarity.

If you are new to this path, you might start with the free 'Miracle of Mind' guided sessions. For those ready for a deeper commitment, I guide students through the Inner Engineering program. These are not just classes; they are modules for life. We cover:

  • Yoga for Mental Well-being: Targeted practices to reduce anxiety.
  • Yoga for Success: Techniques to align the spine and increase alertness.
  • Hatha Yoga Modules: Including Surya Kriya and Angamardana.

All my in-person sessions are hands-on, with a focus on posture correction to ensure you are practicing safely. I also conduct virtual guided meditations if you cannot make it to a physical venue. Whatever your schedule, the most important step is consistency. As I tell my students, if you can dedicate just a small portion of your day to your own sadhana, you will find that life becomes a much easier, more joyful experience.
