I used to skip wellness invites for tea breaks, so I built these sessions for people exactly like me. My Hatha Yoga practice fits into your workday without needing extra time, yoga mats, or a change of clothes.

This is what my corporate yoga sessions look like. No fancy mats or yoga pants required, just a willingness to take a break from the desk. We use whatever space is available to practice simple asanas that help release the day's tension.
