About Dance & Cardio Workouts
The studio is fully air-conditioned and uses shock-absorbing wooden flooring, so your joints stay safe while you go all-out on those hip-hop moves. We don't worry about being perfect here, we just focus on keeping the energy high and following the beat together as a group.
Our dance cardio and aerobics sessions are basically a party where you happen to burn calories. We mix hip-hop, Bollywood, and freestyle, focusing on easy-to-follow steps so you can just jump in without needing any pro training. It’s all about the Tap Family vibe, where everyone’s just here to sweat, smile, and move to trending tracks.

We keep the music loud, the AC blasting, and the mirrors polished so you can check your form whenever you want. If you are tired of boring gym routines, this is the perfect switch.
